Here's a replay of Street Fighter 2 - Champion Edition completed with all Perfects..Almost! ;/ I've tried so many times to do it with all perfects but theres always something that bloody goes wrong :/ This is the best I can do for now without breaking my stick.. INFO: I stupidly blocked a sonic boom and took a hit off Boxer and Claw, apart from that 'ALL PERFECTS'...erm :) Edited by Ex_Mosquito - 12 May 2013 at 12:28am |

bah, I couldn't wai... just watched it.
A few different patterns to what I used to use but a great show mate, shame about the two hits. CE is permenantley in the cab, but I am gonna have to get back into this one again now... it's definitely the best version but I would have to do it wth a red Ken... I used to be able to get a near 1cc perfect with Zangief too, can't get close now... ![]() |

Ta, I'm not happy with it really, I'll probably do another one properly soon. My hits were silly input errors :/
Joe34: I use a Sanwa-JLF. I personally feel they're the best joystick for any genre. Really light action. Edited by Ex_Mosquito - 12 May 2013 at 7:42pm |

I'm wondering do you get the extra ending music because its on the sound test on the board? Do you have to get all perfects? I've come close to 1cc sf2 but always fail on dictator most times... Nice vid dude!

Good work man. And you used the best character in the game. Always overlooked because of Ryu's Cool factor.

Ta guys.
Yeah I much prefer Ken, always have since world warrior. He's maybe not as good as Ryu but I find him more fun to use, especially on Super Turbo. |

In WW Ken and Ryu were almost identical, but as the series progressed, they tweaked the dynamics of the characters didn't they. Agree with you that by Super Turbo he was lighter, quicker, slightly less powerful, but because of his speed and awesome range of his flaming hard Shoryuken, he's a lot of fun to play with indeed. My go to guy every time in every SF game, especially SF3 and SF4.

I shall have a bash at this challenge when I get my cab. Me and my best mate spent years going after perfects because our local video shop (which had SFIIce) offered a free video rental at the end of each night to whoever had the top score, many a time you'd also try and batter the enemies to within a pixel of their lives just to let them beat you and get another round LOL good times

Cheers guys :)
Koopa42: Hah yeah that was a neat trick. On WW you could do that for 9 rounds they limited it on CE unfortunalty. |

I had a go at this yesterday, not even close
deffo need to wait until I get new sticks I reckon, the odd missed DP or jump due to certain stick failure? instant fail. I did manage 6 out of 8 on the bosses mind you but that's with just the old cheap classics (sweep Balrog, jump kick Vega into backflips, Sagat? just wait for the tigers) ..... a bit naff really.
