Hey guys. I see you have two times ps1 lids as your letter "o" in your logo.. How about using a neogeo circle logo as one of the "o"s? The one with the two faces encased in a circle with Neo Geo.]]>

This is a joint venture between myself, Nukem (Aran) and also a personal friend of the both of us Dan also known as Olly87 the resident Sega fanatic.
The site will run alongside Jammaplus as a sister site, dedicated to anything console from the beginning of time to present day. It will also include for vintage computing.

Thanks, it was very lucky actually, it was just in a warehouse where I was working, and I asked the owner what he was doing with it, and he said I could have it because it was broken. Got it picked up and got it home, and it turned out it was just a loose connection on the pcb and it worked perfectly!
Ideally I would like to keep the original monitor obviously, I just don't feel confident enough to repair it myself. I didn't think there was anyone who still repaired them. If I can't get it repaired, I was toying with the idea of getting a 25" crt tv and doing a vga to scart hack, as I have read that this works too and is more my level in terms of expertise.
Pity, as I have done the pc & control panel and was all ready to go to connect up the j-pac, but when I turned it on with the original pcb still attached to test it, I got nothing from the monitor, the game plays blind, so it's working, just nothing from the monitor.

Don't give up on the original monitor in your cab, there's a guy called GunBlade on here who can repair them
Well done with scoring a free cab too !
I've had a Golden Tee cab for about 6 years and have just got around to converting it to MAME, I've added a USB trackball which was a direct swap out for the original and as the control panel is nice and big I have added 2 joysticks and 6 buttons per player
