Indeed! When you think also that the manufacturer will be buying the parts in bulk, there's probably no more than about £50 or so in parts maximum, including the actual cabinet. Nice profit margin!
Currently looking for: Ridge Racer PCB set (or Rom set), maybe a B+W game pcb of some sort :)

I've managed to see inside the tabletop they sell under the same branding and its just as bad.

As for the old bits....

The TV was fitted into a tabletop MAME conversion and run from TV-out on the videocard. The gameboard (if you can call it that) was posted to a member on KC to play with.

If anyone wants the pictures for their own use PM me your email address and I'll email you a zip with the high-res versions inside - just credit them to me...

TBH : The shell is actually pretty well made - if it had a 2L6B CP, a decent sized monitor, JAMMA loom and PSU it would make a nice little cab.

If I got another one I'd fit a 20-22" widescreen TFT, Jamma loom + psu and a 60-in-1 inside.

If they'd have knocked £1040 off they might be somewhere near what the things worth! LOL

That's perhaps a bit harsh as the cab itself isn't badly built but we all know it's still about 900 quid too expensive!
